We are a new upscale home decor store, with high foot traffic, great visibility, and in a fantastic location. I have various spaces available for you to design and display your wares and/or art. Spaces vary from approximately 30 to 400 square feet. Wall space is available specifically for artists and their paintings.
The monthly design space fee ranges from $100-$1500, depending on the size and location within the store. We request that merchants come into the store at least once a week to restock the space. The store commission is 13%, and you keep 87% of the total revenues. Management takes care of all operating costs, such as utilites, retail staffing, security, etc. In addition, we are launching major advertising, marketing and media PR campaigns for the store, and are in discussions to hold gallery shows at the store, which would provide great exposure for your design style/talent and products.
We are currently accepting applications for review. Please discuss your concept outline, design style and what type of products you make or will be carrying in your design space - please provide photos of your work if they are available or if it will help us best understand your style. We will not be putting booths of the same "style" in the store, as we do not want inner-competition or overlapping products, but rather want to feature a synergized variety of unique styles that will appeal to high-end buyers. We are open to furniture design spaces, home decor, art, art/design books, or anything that may fall into the decor category.
