Small, professional, SF Firm specializing in high end residential/hospitality/commercial projects looking for:
Team-oriented Architect OR Interior Designer with minimum of 5 years of experience. Immediate opening.
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
-experience in commercial, hospitality, and residential design
-Responsibilities could include all phases of project production, from schematic design to construction administration, and coordination with consultants, contractors and clients.
-manage multiple projects simultaneously
-strong conceptual design and freehand sketching ability
-Thorough knowledge of architectural drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, and construction.
-strong communication and writing skills
-creative, strategic thinker
-self-starter with good dose of common sense!
-good sense of humor
-valid passport, ability to travel
-Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Filemaker a plus
