| It seems like this topic will allow at maximum a certain number of posts per unit time. That way each post has a designated amount of time in a spot toward the top of the list. So that's why, when the posting volume is heavy, it takes longer to see an individual post on the main 'rant & raves' page. However, as most people probably know, you can search and find your posted almost immediately after it's submitted. Wow, that's great. What a fair system! Who said globalization was so bad.
