Founded an educational and research nonprofit institute for creative, visionary, innovative, and sustainable approaches to learning as a living process. Responsible for receiving expedited nonprofit status, coordinated mentors, instructors, courses, public information, and oversaw the design and development of the website. Initial fundraising.
Lectures, Seminars, & Presentations 1976-2005
Presented more than fifty lectures, seminars, and presentations, made several conference presentations, invited as a panelist and guest speaker, in and around the Bay area. Invited to teach in Ph.D. Program.
Research 1997-2005
Carried out three phenomenological research studies and an REG study. Received a grant for research that included a water conductivity study at a lab at Stanford University. Coordinated three phenomenological studies with an expert in the field, and two remote viewings.

Developed a process of mapping useful for working with personal, relationship, and behavioral dynamics for insight, change, and growth, and for systemic, group, and organizational processes including group dynamics, meeting facilitation, and working with life-transitions. Envisioned, designed, and researched the development of a Pacific Rim architectural project. Project management, coordinated the expertise of engineers and craftsmen, assessed real estate, made presentations, organized and facilitated meetings, talked to community members, wrote, edited, designed, and produced the brochure, portfolio, manuscript, and business plan. Envisioned, researched, constructed, and coordinated the manufacturing, installation, and crews for the creation of environmental sculptural installations for solo and group exhibitions. Designed and installed a public art work using a historical building in Seattle. Conceived, produced, directed, and co-edited a nationally and internationally awarded, and televised, short film, in both national and international private and public collections.
