Job Description:
The position will focus (80% of the time) on establishing and growing relationships with our wholesale customers in your territory (approx 600). You will learn more about their business than they do and assist them in becoming more profitable, growing our brand’s share of shelf space. You will constantly and aggressively communicate on-going promotions, make them aware of holes in their inventory; motivate and incent them to do more business with us.
You will work with the outside territory sales person in a mutually rewarding structure to keep current account paperwork, book appointments for trade shows, scout for new prospects and increase sell though. You will build sales orders, process them into invoices and ensure their hand-off to our shipping department.
Working closely with sales management and product marketing, you will provide feedback from the channel and help guide the success of products and the profitability of the company.
The remaining 20% of the time you will interact with consumers and handle direct to consumer sales, product explanation and differentiation, up and cross selling, explain and administer promotions, handle returns and warranty issues and act as brand ambassadors to ensure the highest level of customer service.

-Minimum 1 - 2 yrs. sales experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks required.
Salary Base $27K - $31K DOE plus commission and bonuses. Benefits after trial period.
