SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Associate is often the first and last point of contact between our company and our clients. The position therefore requires a dynamic, customer service focused, and detail oriented team player. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a respect and focus on quality. Excellent communication, typing and computer skills are a must.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support outside sales consultants with catering and corporate accounts, including following up on Accounts Receivables
· Prepare accurate job quotes for clients.
· Enter orders accurately in the Classic Party Rentals and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
· Develop strong interpersonal relationships with clients by acting as a liaison between clients and the sales consultants.
· Build knowledge of extensive rental inventory and learn appropriate applications.
· Assist walk-in clients with table and event design.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· All other duties as assigned.

QUALITIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Be adept at managing many projects simultaneously.
· Have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on quality of work.
· Thrive in a high energy, fast paced and demanding office environment.
· Ability to work the occasional weekend.
· Possess excellent communication, typing and computer skills.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
· Bilingual – Spanish/English is a plus.

EXPERIENCE / TRAINING
· Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
· 2 years previous office experience.
· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Some college or college degree preferred.

KEY EVALUATION CRITERIA
· Accuracy of order entry and volume of work completed.
· Customer service and client relationships. This includes event design, accurate order entry, and client follow-up.
· Potential for growth in the company.
