Hotel Nikko San Francisco is currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Information Systems Specialist.
*Minimum 2 years experience Server / Desktop Support in a Windows 2003/XP environment.
*Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Exchange administration, Windows XP operating system, Microsoft Office applications; intermediate-level knowledge of Windows Server 2003 operating system, Veritas Backup Exec, server-related technology and hardware (Dell and HP/Compaq hardware), and familiarity with AS/400 IBM iSeries Systems.
*Proficiency with TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls and Routers.
*Proficiency in troubleshooting cable and Ethernet connections, wireless routers and client wireless connections.
*Experience in the following hospitality systems is a plus: Hotel Information Systems Property Management Software, Delphi Sales and Catering Software and Micros Point-of-Sale systems.
*Must live local to downtown San Francisco, have flexibility in schedule, and willingness to carry a pager when needed.
