Xilinx is seeking a professional Incentives & Commissions Analyst with proven experience in supporting a WW Sales Organization. The candidate will be highly customer focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the Incentives and Commission Plan requirements and guidelines for both company Sales management and third-party sales organizations. Must be familiar with the design, implementation and execution of various Sales Incentive Plans and processes. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and display the ability and the willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Work as required with other Xilinx groups with respect to the annual implementation of worldwide incentive and commission plans and the development of business requirements for various incentives & commissions related projects.
Administer the monthly revenue allocation investigation and adjustment process on a worldwide basis.
Research and resolve revenue issues raised by the internal sales force and third-party sales organizations including identifying root causes associated with incentives and commissions issues and providing supporting details for adjustments to Finance for use in closing the company’s monthly financial books.
Make recommendations on policy changes, process improvements and procedural enhancements.
Create and maintain incentives databases and/or applications to assist in the computation and reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Perform analysis and prepare standard and ad hoc reports and presentations as needed related to incentives and commissions.
Liaison to Sales Infrastructure, Human Resources and Sales Finance to ensure accurate communication of incentives and commissions information.
Perform data entry and user acceptance testing as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 3 – 5 years experience in an equivalent compensation or commissions role.
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Compensation applications, specifically Synygy a plus
Excellent computer skills with MS applications
Experience with Hyperion reporting applications a plus
