We are a small but growing Import Product Consulting firm that provides turn-key sourcing and manufacturing services to clients nationwide, for consumer goods in Asia.

We are looking for the person who wants to join our fast paced and exciting consultancy and help us manufacture products in a wide range of industries (printed materials, educational products, consumer products, food packaging, and more).

+ Is very detailed oriented, even when there are changing priorities and deadlines.

+ Mandarin / Cantonese Speaking abilities a big plus.

Job Description:

Daily Correspondence via Email and Phone to factories and clients
Filing of all factory and client correspondence and related documents
Preparation of quotation/specification and tracking sheets, with accuracy.
Processing of incoming and outbound sample/production shipments (UPS)
Creating/Updating Excel Product Pipeline Schedules and Client Product Schedules
Shipping and Logistics
New Factory Sourcing and Research

What we are looking for:

2 years of office experience. Import Product experience with Client Management necessary. Mandarin/Cantonese speaking a plus.

Initiative, enthusiasm, sense of urgency and energy should be clearly evident in your approach to work as both a team player and individual contributor. The ability to consider “big picture” ramifications of decisions and actions are essential. A fanatical sense of customer service and work ethic are essential to this position.

We require someone to work with our clients and overseas factories (daily phone calls to check on status of projects) to ensure timeliness of quotes and product production and maintain ongoing Excel spreadsheets on productivity and Quoting/Production procedures.

Must be organized, accurate and supremely detail oriented with the ability to follow through on multiple projects and assignments without getting bogged down.

High level of computer proficiency: Word, Excel, and Internet research. This person loves to create spreadsheets and related forms that enable higher productivity.

Must be able to implement new procedures and is comfortable in a growing environment.

Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, including written and verbal ability, and experience dealing with diverse communities.

Also have the ability to travel to Asia when necessary for tradeshows and meetings with Factories and Clients.
