Are you different, completely honest, original, and unafraid to simply be you? Nothing makes me feel more like a man than being with a strong woman ... I mean strong in her convictions, strong in her values, I want to meet a woman who is not afraid of commitment. A woman who wants a passionate, hot, steamy romance and who wants to have her last first date.
I am looking for that special person who I know will be there at the end of a hard day to cheer me up, make me laugh, be a complete goof with, or tickle me to death... OK, well maybe not tickle in the physical sense ... but you know what I mean. *wink* A woman who is fun loving, outgoing, affectionate, passionate, loves to spend quality time with her partner and family. Must have a great personality, a killer smile would just make me melt! A bit of a tomboy doesn't hurt one bit either. Also a gal with goals, career orientated, secure with herself and knows when to be serious at times. A woman who is adventerous, sensual, a bit untamed at times.
In all I am looking for someone who wants to see where things can could go, leading to a LTR over time. Learned my lessons well about love and life, still learning more too ... ouch! I am sure we have all made mistakes in past relationships - but we do learn from them and move on hopefully. Hopefully you fall between 35 and 50 years of age, if you have children - fine, if not, fine. You should like them though. Tall (ish) is good since I am. Please try and be kind of local ... More active than athletic is fine. Light drinker - social drinker is workable.
Do you: Run with scissors? Go swimming right after eating? Color outside the lines? Throw sand fom the sandbox? Cut the tags off your pillows? Play well with others? Share you snacks? Can you laugh at yourself when everyone else does?
Ok, now some stuff about me
I may not be a raging hottie as they say, but I also wasn't hit with the ugly stick, or even fell from the fugly tree, hitting every branch on the way down ... (ha ha ha) I stand a pinch under six foot three with short, well groomed black hair and soft brown eyes. I have a medium tan complexion and a big athletic build. So, if you are looking for that man with the perfect bod, rock hard abs and buns of steel ... I saw him on some late night infomercial! I am comfortable with who I am and I am confident in who I am. I hit the ripe young age of 45 this year and I have one teenage son. I do have one tattoo on my upper left arm and plan for at least two more.
I think that I am a simple person, but others have told me that I am complex. Laughter and humor are very important in my life. I consider myself a man of integrity, character and compassion. You know what they say — attitude is everything and in my case, it's certainly one of my finest and most alluring characteristics. I can be a bit sarcastic with my humor but it is all in good fun and I would never set out to hurt anyones feelings on purpose. I don't invest a lot of time and energy on things that I can't control and I try not to let negative aspects from the past or worries about my future affect what is happening today. I am a hopeful romantic who is passionate, caring and charming.
I've got the heart of a child, the spirit of a warrior and the soul of a writer. I love nights indoors doing nothing at all. Just need someone to join me for cuddling, kissing and some fun quality time. I have a very unique style and appreciate the arts and people who are comfortable with who they are. I enjoy wine and lean more towards the reds. I am however more than willing to share your interests and taste so I can learn more about you and appreciate your likes as well.
I do enjoy sports but am not so nuts about them that I cannot put down the remote for a relaxing day with either my family or someone special. I am more active now than athletic. I like to go for day long bicycle rides with no specific destination. I love exploring and letting the day take me where it will.
All right ... well I think I have either put you to sleep by now or left you wondering what will it take to get a 5th, 6th and 7th date with me ... well, be original and be yourself.
