| Technical writer needs hardware engineer with solid IBM mainframe experience to tutor me from time to time on topics related to IBM legacy hardware. Ideally you would be someone who has taught these subjects. Topics would include I/O configuration, channel paths, ports, physical and virtual devices. Right now I need help with basic information on concepts and command syntax for the batch IOCP process; IOCDS; and (briefly) cpu performance issues such as supervisor and problem state.
