I have a BA in English from UC Berkeley and over ten years experience in software quality assurance. I’ve used my writing skills quite a bit in my QA work developing test plans, writing up bug reports, and editing software documentation. I’ve also taken a technical writing course and have done some technical writing on the job. At this point in my career I’m interested in finding a technical writing position. Considering that my experience in the field is limited, I believe I would match up best with an entry- to mid-level range position.
