| I saw a dog walker beating a dog in Sibley Park Oakland CA today before 5pm. She was driving a late model blue Toyota Tacoma truck with a topper. Her license plate is 7Y83089. She seemed to be wearing a dog walker's license. She was walking 4 dogs. How do I find the owners of the dogs she walks? She is a slim/medium build woman in her mid 50s with long thin dishwater hair. The black and white dog she was beating answered to the name "Patches". I yelled at her to stop. She wouldn't give me her name. I reported this incident to the Oakland police but I'm sure they won't do anything. If you can help me find out the owner's names I'm sure they would be very interested to know that their dog walker is beating their dogs. PLEASE REPOST THIS!!! WE NEED TO PUT THIS WOMAN OUT OF A JOB!!!!
