| I love Peet's. I have always found their coffees to be really fresh. They have a freshness policy unlike Starbucks. If you buy coffee and take it home as I do, you are advised to use it within a two week period of time. The bags are marked when they were roasted. Starbucks doesn't mark the roasting date so you don't know how long it has been sitting around. Also, I find the people who work there to be really friendly. There was only one time that I found a barista to be a little snappy. When I went back to that store the following month, she was gone. I love their Organic Gaia coffee. Peet's do not change. Since I travel a lot for work, I try to find a Peet's in each city I travel to. Although, they seem to only be on the West Coast and the bigger cites on the E. Coast.
