Private Eyes, Inc. is looking for an HR Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the challenges of a rapidly growing company. He/She is expected to be hands on manager with strong knowledge of all HR functions.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS
Maintain a current, compliant employee handbook and related Human Resources policies and practices
Negotiate annual benefits contracts, interact with and oversee all benefits providers
Managing and overseeing recruiting function for the company including developing policy and process for recruiting, interviewing and selecting applicants.
Handling all HR information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Develop an understanding of the company culture and organization to effectively partner with management to implement strategies and manage organizational change.
Prepare periodic management reports related to personnel (e.g. hiring statistics, turnover analysis)
Direct experience in areas of employment; employee relations; benefits administration; compensation
Strong oral and written communication skills, and good presentation skills
Job descriptions, organizational development and recruiting
Facilitate the performance evaluation system
Perform new hire orientations, terminations and exit interviews as needed
Create and maintain employee personnel folders and related documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2-4 years HR Generalist/Management experience.
Demonstrated Compensation and Benefits management accomplishments
Previous staffing management success
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact with Staff at all levels
A passion for excellent customer satisfaction
Team and relationship building savvy
Good judgment and practical problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of Internet tools/resources; facility using the Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, PHR certificate preferred

Reliable, self-managed resource that works well in a Team environment
Experience developing Human Resources strategy
