Hey all, my name is Abe and I have a web/software development company and I am looking for some freelance HTML/Web programmers that would be interested in some contract work. I need someone who can take our graphic designer's photoshop files and build the site from that. In addition, many of our clients require custom development work so I definitely need someone who has experience in PHP/JSP as well as MySql. Each client is different so knowing both languages is a plus but for the size of jobs that we are doing either language will suffice.
I am also looking for someone that I can count on, cant tell you how many freelance programmers we have gone through lately.
Skills:
HTML
Specialize in at least jsp or php
Cutting photoshop files
MySQL setup and deployment including DB design
Familiarity with CRM systems like SugarCRM
Familiarity with CMS systems like Mambo or Joomla
Please be located in the Bay Area as I would prefer to meet you face-to-face. Also send me samples of your work and what you want for an hourly rate or typical small website design setup. Also at this time, please note that until we get a good working relationship I am not going to pay money upfront for work until the services are rendered. Unfortunately too many people have burned us and made it difficult on our clients. If we can get one good project under our belt together then we can go back to being fair for both parties.
