A world leader in new electronic product development, seeks an HR person to work from their home computer, and phone.
As our HR person, your role is to at least handle the screening of interesting applicants by email and phone. You can also be involved in following up on their trial invention development, and marketing projects. Manage additional responsibilities, based on your skills, and motivations.
Work on the phones within the hours of you prefer Mon-Fri perhaps 9AM-8PM, and or Sat-Sun 10AM-6PM. On-line work can be done at any time. If you have children at home, our receptionist can answer the phone, then patch the calls to you when things are quiet. Or perhaps you are physically disabled and seek interesting work from home?

While HR is your main role, you can manage miscellaneous work on a case by case basis. The type of work will vary based on what needs doing, your skills, and the limitations of what can be done working from home. It will probably consist of getting information on the web, and the phone, and more. We're a cooperative of inventors, so we can try and design a work description that best fits your and our needs.
You'll be working with a friendly, highly innovative and ethical organization working on electronic products which: help people, the environment, save energy, provide security, offer health assistance, and more. Strong technical skills aren’t required, as the invention descriptions you will work with are written in layman terms.
To start, you will review resumes, then reply by email to the better applicants. Next communicate by phone. We will give you our number people can call – it can be programmed to ring just during business hours, or also at evenings or weekends if you prefer. You’ll need to honestly explain the risks and great benefits of working with us in new product development. Applicants seeking a more interesting type of work than normally available, need to think long term, and take wise risks to make major financial gains by working with us.
On the financial side of this interesting work, you as our HR Associate Partner, will earn a healthy share of the future profits from the inventions, plus a base of up to one thousand dollars a month. We would prefer that you hope to rely primarily on profit sharing, and work as many hours as you might.
