| I am 50 something year old woman who needs someone to help me keep up one acre of land in the little bit of 'country funk' there is left in Santa Rosa. I've lived here 20 years and used to do most everything myself but have osteoarthritis and can't do it all anymore. I have some help with cleaning, laundry but I need to 'unload' too many material possessions as I may need to move to a house that requires less attention in a couple of years. So I need help organizing yard sales, craigslist sales, ebay, etc. A knowledge of how to use a computer and to show pictures of items. Also I need you to love nature and gardening and perhaps even have some ideas on making the acreage cozier. I need someone fairly strong, creative and with good organizational skills. If you have knowledge of alternative medicine and massage, that would be nice. If you want to cook nutritional meals once in a while that is an option. The more important things I need help with is organizing my house and hopefully changing the feng-shui? a bit as I need to have knee surgery soon and there is just to much clutter and hopefully make some money from the excess of 'stuff' in order to save some money so I can get another car. A little knowledge of carpentry or how to put a shelf up would be nice, I basically need a Jack or Jill of all trades. My name is April and the phone # is 707-579-2640.
