Responsibilities

• Microsoft desktop operating system (XP, 2003)/applications (OfficeXP/2003), installation and support experience.
• Hands on experience with Active Directory 2003 management
• Provide telephone/on-site support to all users within the company.
• Resolve malfunctioning computer and/or printer equipment.
• Perform installations and configurations of PC hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot customer issues involving desktop hardware, operating system, application and networking issues.
• Support of application distributions including in-house applications and basic productivity suites.
• Maintain helpdesk operations flow and tracks IT asset inventory.
• Hands on experience with cloning applications (Ghost) preferred
• Assist in shipping of equipment (laptops, servers, etc.). Must be able to lift items > 50lbs.

Requirements

• BS with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• MSCE a plus
• Proven ability to solve complex problems with little assistance.
• Strong interpersonal/organizational skills and superior customer service abilities.
• Must be self-motivated, detail orientated and able to multi-task.
• Experience working in a team environment.
