Intero Real Estate Services IT Department is looking for a superior Helpdesk Support Technician with exceptional customer service skills. The individual will spend 70% of his/her time taking tech support calls from agents and staff over the phone and the rest of his/her time on field calls. The individual needs at least 1 year of technical customer support experience over the phone and has to be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of products, web based concepts and technology, and various laptop and desktop hardware specifically IBM and DELL. The position is based out of our headquarters in Cupertino and this individual will be part of a team of Technicians. This is a FT opportunity and includes benefits. EOE.
