Description Our client, an extremely congenial and high profile firm is expanding and seeks a Help Desk Specialist to join their IT team.

Duties:
Work closely with IT Manager providing hardware and software technical support to firm members; install and relocate technology equipment; assist with desktop configuration; field technical questions; assist with special projects, as needed.

Qualifications:
Knowledgeable with Microsoft 2000/XP operation systems and software applications; experience working with PC hardware, handheld devices and printers; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; ability to lift 50 lbs and flexibility regarding work hours necessary.
