With comfortable studio space located in the Bel Marin Keys area of Novato, Hear and Now is a thirty minute drive from Oakland and San Francisco California. Hear and Now provides up to 24 tracks of digital recording on the go, with experience recording orchestras, concert bands, choral groups, small ensembles, soloists, lecturers, as well as folk, jazz and rock bands all over the greater Bay Area. Recent location recordings include a jazz trio and vocalist at Pearl's Jazz Club in San Francisco, An Early Music ensemble at St Stephens Church in Belvadere, a Jazz /world music group in a home rehearsal space, and location recording, editing and mastering of a new CD by solo vocalist Sam Rogers aka The One Mouth Band. We have also recorded several young alt rock bands, North Bay rockers Industrial Cha Cha, a guitar/singer song demo, and a Siberian folk ensemble CD project at our studio space in Novato.
The owner of Hear and Now is a classicaly trained performing musician and 25 year veteran of the Bay Area music scene.
