Prefer experience in either healthcare or staffing fields and must have demonstrated success in achieving sales goals. All healthcare facilities in California are receptive to our services because of a state law regarding patient/nurse ratios.
Once a relationship is established with a healthcare facility you would have the potential to earn significant commissions for any job openings you acquire that are filled by our national recruiting team.
