We are managing few apartments in Oakland and looking for a handyman to do some odd jobs. For example some duties are like light toilet repair, replacing molding around doors, some sheetrock work, replacing thermostats, etc. fairly normal household stuff. Please be experienced and have your own tools and truck. This position is for a subs. (not employment)
