Escape in El Cerrito has two openings in our quiet and nurturing salon. We have plenty of free parking for staff and clients. We have a great reputation in our community. There is no competition in our area, so it is a great place to build.
Hair stylists/Assistants, if you want to join an environmentally conscious salon than this is the perfect place for you. We do cut and color only to keep our environment as pure a possible. We try to avoid doing perms and straighteners. If necessary we will schedule them at the end of the day so we don't subject other clients to the smell. Our business is very successful for that reason. We are in need of one more stylist to join our friendly team.
CMT, it would be great if you would also offer body treatments as well. But not necessary. Yonka from Paris offers free education for their treatments in LA. There is a Jazzersize studio in our building which is a great place to market those services.
We are a four station salon, two chairs and two treatment rooms, so it is a very calm working environment (most of the time) :)
So far we are a staff of three. Five would be our max.
