Gregoire is adding two new locations in the East Bay, we are looking to hire, full time experienced Line cooks,prepcooks, cashiers and for top pay, benefit package & friendly hours. Gregoire is a fast growing high end French take out located in Berkeley gourmet ghetto. We offer a great atmosphere, a monthly changing menu using organic & natural products, in a fast paced, family oriented environment. We strive to promote from within.
Responsibilities:
*Prepare food items with a friendly attitude
*Meet or exceed required cooking time frames
*Maintain food safety standards
*Insure cleanliness standards
*Communicate with other team members
Qualifications:
*2 to 5 years line cooking. Some experience in French techniques
*Knowledge of fish, meat & veggie cooking temperatures and techniques
*Comfortable working all stations including sauté, grill and fryer
*Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
*Meet peak time challenges
*Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
