The San Francisco Conservatory of Music seeks a creative, highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the full-time position of Graphic Design Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Create, plan and produce all Conservatory publications, including: collegiate recruitment materials, catalogs and brochures for all programs and departments, monthly calendar/newsletters, major concert programs, development solicitation materials, invitations, etc.
• Oversee SFCM’s branding both internally and externally.
• Responsible for design, maintenance and update of Conservatory website.
• Work with vendors, including freelance designers, printers and mail houses, and develop and monitor budgets.
Qualifications:
• Creative designer. Excellent command of the English language.
• Thorough knowledge of graphic design/layout and print production
• Experience with Word, QuarkExpress, PageMaker and PhotoShop essential
• Familiarity with Web design
• High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.
