One of the coordinator team that executed the Nextgen IV upgrade for Smith Barney, resulting in the upgrade of servers and replacement of workstations at over five hundred Smith Barney branches over a ten week period. Position required close collaboration with branch system administrators, the creation and maintenance of detailed branch databases, as well as the ability to coordinate the actions of technical projects personnel and the technicians in the field and to provide necessary logistical support while working under tight deadlines.

Teach level one Fiction for one of the premiere online workshops in the country. Am responsible for creating all lectures and assignments, for facilitating class discussions and commenting on all student writing.

Acted as coordinator for the inaugural Arizona State University Writer’s Conference. Was responsible for all author-related issues, including accommodations, book orders, creating promotional materials, site booking, author payment and more.
