One of the coordinator team that executed the Nextgen IV upgrade for Smith Barney, resulting in the upgrade of servers and replacement of workstations at over five hundred Smith Barney branches over a ten week period. Position required close collaboration with branch system administrators, the creation and maintenance of detailed branch databases, as well as the ability to coordinate the actions of technical projects personnel and the technicians in the field and to provide necessary logistical support while working under tight deadlines.
