Originally, I was hired to fulfill the duties of delivery driver and office manager. Duties included pick up and delivery of pre-press materials to and from customers throughout the Bay Area. When not on the road I performed office duties, which consisted of greeting and assisting customers, assembling work orders, and invoicing them when completed. Also performed faxing, filing, answering phones, checking or replying to emails, and prepared items for mailing or shipping. Responsible for ordering office supplies, consumables and scheduling needed equipment services or repairs.
Advancing quickly my responsibilities were then increased to accounts receivable. At the same time I gained extensive knowledge in the fields of graphic design, digital and conventional pre-press. I have experience using many graphic applications for both the Mac and PC platforms. Some of these applications include Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe IllustratorCS, Adobe PhotoshopCS, InDesignCS, Quark Xpress, Power Point, Word, more. As accounts receivable I performed daily sales operations, aged receivables statements, monthly customer statements, received payments, prepared and deposited bank deposits, also collected past due accounts. Customer sales were entered in the computer using M.Y.O.B and also QuickBooks.
Further advancing, I took on the responsibility of accounts payable. This included opening incoming mail, scheduling payments for expenses, payroll and account ledgers using Quicken. Skills as a graphic designer include complete design and layout of business stationary, LP labels, CDs, DVDs, Mailers, Newsletter, OCR forms, brochures and more.

Part-time duties as the Apartment Manager at 1887 Woodside Road in Redwood City included cleaning the laundry rooms, elevator and grounds area. Also serviced the swimming pool, reported resident problems and scheduled maintenance. Regulated tenant parking and storage areas according to the building rules.
