| Global firm searches for Assistant to Exclusive Venture Capital Group!
Global venture capital firm seeks an energetic Assistant to join their busy team. This position will be supporting 3-6 people on the Venture Capital team. This highly coveted position will also work on various special projects as well as event planning. This group needs an Assistant that can provide support for their offices in San Francisco or Menlo Park.
Responsibilities:
- Use Microsoft Office package to produce letters, memoranda, reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Assist with Special Projects within the Venture Capital group
- Event Planning
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls
- Arrange travel schedules and coordinate airline flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Route and prioritize mail
- Create and maintain files
- Maintain client list databases
- Prepare and track expenses for T&E reports
- Perform team-oriented tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years administrative experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, stressful environment
- Excellent organizational skills
Compensation:
- $50-60K+discretionary bonus, over time pay & fabulous perks
