OBJECTIVES:
To improve the look, longevity and value of your home. We know what it is like owning a home and having to keep it maintained properly so that it will last for years to come. We try our best to work with your budget. You tell us what you want do to your home, we then consult with you as to your options in costs and materials and then we put together a proposal to fit within the parameters of your budget. When you approve our proposal, we will go to our local lumber and hardware suppliers, hand pick all materials; bring them to your home, properly prepare the materials for installation and then professionally install them for you.
PERMITS AND PLANS:
We have expert knowledge and experienced in architecture and design. If need be, we can design and draw schematics and plans for your project. In addition, if your project requires a city or county permit, we can draw up the plans, submit them for approval and get the permits.
Special Note:
Over the past year, we have heard time and time again of how customers have hired inexperienced contractors who claim that they have all the skills to do the job right and even though they complete the job in record time, get their paycheck, leave and never see them again; the project fails miserably. More and more we are seeing projects like this. As a matter of fact, many of our jobs involve correcting what other builders have incorrectly done. We are not like that at all, we promise to do the job the right way according to state and city codes and in a manor that is above standard (have references to prove this). We don't want to have to come back knowing that our job has failed; this is why we work so hard to do the job right. We want make sure that you’re happy and content in your newly renovated home; we go to sleep every night with a clear continents knowing we did it right.
