DUTIES....
BUSINESS - This person will assist me at work with answering phone calls and customer service, organization, do some admin work, keep track of all appointments, help out with general assignments as needed at the office. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts. This is the main part of your duties
TRAVEL... Sometimes, this will include both business trips and personal trips. Please be flexible. I do go on business trips and getaways mostly. You will be traveling with me on both personal and business trips. Most traveling will be around the bay area or so. I expect to travel a lot this year to other cities and states to promote my music album once it is released , so get ready or stay home!

ERRANDS: - Sometimes, grocery shopping, personal or business errands.
SPECIAL NOTE: I have been taking my time to find someone really qualified since I need someone who is ready for media spotlight or at least can deal with the media -- TV radio, public events in terms of communication and contacts, not necessarily to "show off", etc. I am also working on a movie project(summer) and we hope to start shooting the film once the music album is complete and promoted on TV and radio and public events. Fashion company will start in the fall.
REQUIREMENTS
My personal/Office assistant must be able to speak English, communicate well, PRESENTABLE, some education, from High school diploma to bachelors or masters degree. This person must be TRUSTWORTHY, great references both personal and professional, must be able to drive. Having a car preferred but not required. I want someone fun, smart, someone who is good company. Must have good personal hygiene. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. WILL TRAIN on most things, except cooking:).Must eb able to manage people.
