EBALDC - a growing affordable housing and community organizer in the East Bay seeks an experienced property administrator to manage a large property on Fruitvale Street. We seek someone with tax credit training or experience. Must bring experience working with low income tenants. We are also seeking someone to manage a small property in Oakland with 21 units on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). We seek someone with property management experience.
The full-time position work hours are from 9:00 - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. You will have an Assistant Manager working with you. The part-time position will be from Monday - Friday for 20 hours per week between 9:00 - 5:00 p.m. the hours are flexible.
