Pet Camp, a family-owned boarding facility in San Francisco,is seeking an experienced front desk manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have a smooth entry and exit from our facility and that all data entry on pets is accurate so that all pets get the services they need. You will lead an experienced staff and work with hands-on owners.
The successful applicant will have experience managing employees in a customer service environment. You must have good computer skills and excellent customer relations skills. You must have your own dog and be knowledgeable about dogs and cats. Previous experience in the pet care industry is a plus. All of these factors should be addressed in your cover letter and/or resume.
