Going on sabbatical? Working overseas for an extended period?
Family of four needs somewhere to live while their house is being remodeled. Dad is in high-tech sales, mom cares for their 2 daughters full-time. Non-smokers, no pets, well-behaved clean children. Parents are neat freaks.
We are the All-American family but can't afford to pay the mortgage and rent an apartment. We will care for your house while you're away and pay all the utilities/water/garbage/DSL/etc. Dad is handy around the house and yard.
