Introduction

This is the story of how an emotionally ill woman found support for a poorly conceived vendetta from a group of self-proclaimed domestic violence advocates ... how these events revealed the personnel of this domestic violence organization to be predatory, malicious, incompetent, and criminal ... how they hurt their client more than they helped her ... and how they continue to refuse to accept any responsibility for the events described herein, even today.

Neurosis

In the early 1980s, I became involved with a woman whom, I gradually realized, was suffering from a variety of neuroses.

Although her behavior was occasionally such that I could, I suppose, have called the police, and had her taken away, charged under 5150 statutes with being a threat to herself or others, and institutionalized ... I loved her, and so I stayed with her, and took care of her, hoping that, as time passed, she would get stronger ... and I never even thought of calling the police on her.

Abortion

In the late 1980s, this woman became pregnant. Fearful to let anyone know, she pressured me into keeping her pregnancy a secret, and made an appointment to get an abortion.

This turned out to be a mistake. As she was on the table, about to undergo the operation, she suddenly achieved an instant of clarity and declared that she wanted to keep the child.

The doctors and nurses - employees of Planned Parenthood, there, in San Mateo - were trained to deal with such situations with care and sensitivity. They gave her a powerful sedative, and proceeded with the operation, against her will.

(... I guess you could say that they murdered my first son ... before he was even born. I know it's not popular to say that, but that's what it felt like, and feels like, today ... it doesn't feel like an appendix that's missing - it feels like something more was lost ... something of greater value than a mere appendix.)

Breakdown

In the weeks and months afterwards, she broke down, and went quietly mad. She experienced psychosomatic pains, trembled without reason, and wept easily. Her employer, Stanford University Hospital, called me, frequently, to come and help them deal with her growing loss of control. Eventually, she tried to commit suicide, and was hospitalized.

Psychosis

Insulated from reality, she began to irrationally blame me for her abortion. Despite the fact that most women she discussed it with were insistent upon her accepting full responsibility for the events within her own body, she was able to find a lunatic fringe whom provided her with the sort of emotional support she sought, for her hatred of me; and her madness grew.

Codependency

Finding acceptance amongst those whom practiced a strange new form of psychotherapy, called a codependency group - where members were expected to diagnose themselves, and each other, while abandoning the care they were receiving from traditional therapists, in favor of the affirmation and support of their codependency group - this woman turned against me, and began to verbally abuse me ... and my decade-old relationship with her, as well.

Conspiracy

With the assistance of co-conspirators within the infrastructure of the San Francisco Superior Court Clerk's office itself, this woman filed, withdrew, edited, refiled, and misserved her falsehoods, accusing me of nothing specific, but, announcing that she felt threatened, engineered a three-year-long, so-called temporary restraining order - in retrospect, not an act of self-preservation, but a deliberate assault upon my character and self-respect ... built entirely on hearsay evidence ... without a single bit of corroborating evidence, or even testimony, from anyone.

(When one considers the improbability of such a group of women having normal sexual relations with men, then one is driven irrevocably to the conclusion that these unknown individuals were, most likely, lesbians ... and a rather ugly possibility surfaces, IE, that there are, amongst these lesbian activists, those whom prey, sexually, upon these victims ... that is, notoriously partnerless lesbians, whom, in a similar situation, would be described as potential sexual predators, are suddenly given a free hand, to pursue suddenly partnerless, and vulnerable, newly single women ... at the taxpayer's expense. Quite a racket, eh?)

Consequences

The results were predictable. I was immediately terminated from my job, for reasons that were later shown to be fraudulent.

I lost the affection of my friends and family, as well.

A few of them even participated in the lynch mob mentality, losing no time before taking advantage of my period of vulnerability, to launch their own attempts at character assassination.

Largely, their efforts were successful; I was helpless.

Now, over a decade later, I am married, and have three small children, whom have never met their own grandmother (my mother, Penny Salanave, of San Francisco), or their own uncle (my older brother, Thomas Dallas Childers, of Corte Madera), because of the legacy of distrust my family suffers as a result of these womyn's vile and cowardly conduct.

Conclusions

The San Francisco Superior Court ... the Honorable Lee Baxter, Presiding Judge of the San Francisco Family Court ... and my turncoat girlfriend - not to mention Planned Parenthood, my own family, and so-called friends have a lot of explaining to do ... but they seem to have run out of convictions, and are strangely silent, these days.
