To meet the demands of our continued growth, we are looking for an additional Clothing Customer Service Agent for the Clothing Department.


Job Description:
Assist Outside Reps (Retailer) on inbounds phone calls, entering and handling various requests such as problem solving, product knowledge, service and policy questions, etc. as a support to the Clothing Team.

Responsibilities Include:
·Promptly greeting callers in a professional and courteous manner.
·Verbally expressing oneself clearly and concisely, enunciates well.
·Listening to caller’s needs with patience and consideration, and reacting accordingly.
·Utilizing timely decision making skills.
·Researching information necessary to handle caller’s needs/request.
·Following through on all calls.
·Helping promote team atmosphere by communicating ideas and sharing knowledge.
·Recording caller’s comments and giving input to management on a regular basis.
·Handling all calls with quality and consistency in the support provided to the callers.
·Pro-actively staying on top of all pending orders and releasing in a timely manner as well as notifying outside reps/ Retailers of any and all information that may need to effectively manage their business.
·Excellent communication skills within support teams (Warehouse, Accounting, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:
1+ years as a Fox DSS (Dealer Sales Support) agent, 1-2 years Account Management experience, 1-2 years of Call Center experience or 2-3 years of customer service and sales combined experience.

Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer service experience or sales experience OR 1-2 years of customer service and sales combined experience. Ability to perform a variety of tasks under pressure (multi-task). Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to organize, show good judgment in processes. Knowledge of standard office equipment including a PC, single-line phone, Microsoft Office and Excel. Ability to type at least 25 wpm with accuracy.

Working Conditions:
Indoor work in an office atmosphere with long hours of sitting and data entry. Will work in close proximity to others. Moderate noise levels. Work hours scheduled per week may vary according to time of year, so must be available to work any hours to ensure the work is completed daily.
