Showroom Sales Job Summary:
Sells products and services to customers through active listening and clearly communicating the products featured in the showroom. Responsible for answering telephone inquiries, follow-up calls to customers and general housekeeping of the showroom.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Presents a positive, professional and helpful customer service image at all times.
• Initiates customer (face-to-face) contact throughout the assigned showroom and explains product features, provide brochures and other point-of-sale information.
• Accurately completes all sales paperwork for stock items, special order products and services.
• Keeps showroom clean and safe and fully prepared for daily sales activities.
• Schedule and complete estimates/measures of homes/businesses and accurately pricing project to provide estimates
• Performs other duties as assigned.
