• Specific cardiovascular training program designed specifically for you. This program includes direction on exercise type, frequency and duration.
• Custom strength training program designed specifically for you This program includes types of exercise movement, resistance size, frequency, number of reps, number of sets, and rest time. Program includes upper body workouts, lower body workout and abdominal exercises.
• Goal Setting
• Motivational Support
• Training Tips to ensure workout time is efficient & effective
• Workout Reminders
• Access to Coach B. for questions, help, etc. via e-mail & telephone
This is a great program for anyone who wants a very comprehensive cardiovascular and strength training program. The customized program is based on your individual fitness level, goals, experience, available time, workout likes/dislikes and available equipment. The personalized program includes guidance and direction on exercise type, frequency, and duration. Coach Bianchi will personally hold you accountable for being present, productive, and successful. This personal training service is aimed towards individuals who want to increase productivity at work while achieving greater self confidence in their appearance.
