Fitness Coach/Sales Associate – Capitola, CA

Looking for energetic and personable individuals who enjoy working with people and are comfortable with outside marketing and sales to join our team!Responsible, dedicated and professionally mannered are other adjectives that describe the perfect candidate for this job.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others. Individual must have great interpersonal skills and enjoy being a team player. Responsibilities will include working with clients to help them achieve fitness goals as well as inside and outside membership sales and daily operational duties such as cleaning and closing the club. Must be comfortable working along on occasion.
Retail experience and/or fitness and nutritional experience a plus. Must be flexible on work hours able to work a minimum of 3 shifts a week.
Shifts available are: M-F 4-8:30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 11:30 – 8:30pm, Friday mornings 6:30am – 12noon, and Saturdays 9am-2pm.
This fun and energizing job pays great! $10 per hour plus commission. Other benefits include a free membership to the gym including tanning and use of our FAR Infrared Sauna.
