Reporting to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing, the field marketing manager will be responsible for executing demand creation programs directly supporting the company’s sales activities. This individual will bring industry, technology, and tactical expertise to deliver the mix of demand creation programs that will most effectively drive new, high-quality leads, including packaged seminars, workshops, webinars, promotions, and other innovative lead generation programs. Activities and tasks associated with this position include:
* Helping to drive the development of content and execution plans for all programs including seminars, workshops, CIO breakfasts, webinars, conversion campaigns, online campaigns, promotions, contests, in-account seminars, user groups, etc.
* Ensuring the flawless execution of all programs and the highest level of responsiveness to the sales organization
* Hands-on involvement in implementing marketing campaigns and providing detailed closed-loop reporting
* Developing customer-focused programs to enhance service levels
* Working closely with product marketing to ensure the effective delivery of sales tools to the field organization

* 4-6 years experience in a strategic demand creation marketing role
* minimum 4 years experience in the high-tech/software industry
* experience in database and marketing infrastructure management
* Familiarity with Responsys, LiveMeeting, and Onyx
* BA required
