We have an outstanding opportunity for an exceptionally talented, experienced and motivated Printer Service Technician our San Francisco/Bay Area service area.
We are looking for a laser printer repair technician who is proficient in the current family of Hewlett Packard LaserJets and Xerox Phaser printers. The successful candidate enjoys customer service and desires to continually improve technical skills. This position is fast-paced and professional.
Working from our San Francisco Operations Center, this technician will be provided a company vehicle and will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and cleaning printers at customer sites as well as managing their consumables stocking.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and perform repairs on Hewlett Packard & Xerox Printers
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Manage page count capture
- Deliver and pick up toner consumables
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years field service repair experience
- Certified on the current family of HP LaserJets and Xerox Phaser models
- Enjoys customer contact and appreciation
- Able to work independently
- Attentive to details
- Practices our Core Values
- A+ Certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability to train and certify on new equipment continuously
- Clean Department of Motor Vehicles driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting – up to 40 lbs (each occurrence)
- Walking, Stair climbing
- Sitting in a vehicle for long periods of time, Standing for long periods of time
Work hours are: M-F 7:45AM to 4:15 PM (1/2 hour lunch).
