The key to this process is demonstrating the value of IP&R services to prospective clients and to sell IP&R services to qualified patent holders. Please read the entire ad and pay close attention to the SPECIAL REQUEST at the end.

Job Description:

The Executive Director must have outstanding character, work ethic and possess phenomenal vision to take the sales to the next level. S/he must have experience helping sales people with trouble shooting, closing sales and converting sales from non-interested clients. . Must have proven sales training background (top performer), be able to educate/ coach the sales team and get the best results from the team. This is a tremendous opportunity for somebody who has both large and small/entrepreneurial company experience, knowledge of day-to-day business activities and experience increasing sales growth. We seek individuals who are personable, gregarious, warm, fun loving and who have a phenomenal sense of humor.

The ideal sales candidate is one who understands “Modern Persuasion Strategies,” instead of the old “used car” sales mentality. We provide the best training program in the country.

Qualification, Education and Experience:
. Excellent proven sales track record, combined with 10 years of sales training background
. Complete understanding of creative sales presentations, closing, and teaching sales techniques.
. Experience in selling services to consumers and/or businesses a must.
. Strong management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
. Ability to be effective in a cross-functional environment.
. Demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively with general business acumen.
. Strong leadership and influencing skills.
. Demonstrated ability to plan and manage the activities of others.
. Thorough understanding, maintaining and analyzing all sales stats.
. Four year college degree.
. Master’s degree preferred in related field or the equivalent experience level, and a minimum of 10+ years of sales experience.
. Marketing experience a plus.
. Strong computer skills including above average competency on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management software.

Special Request
