Description Washington Hospital, a 337-bed, not-for-profit hospital providing a full range of high quality medical services in the Eastern section of the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Community Relations and the Communications Specialist. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package and easy access to BART and ACE trains.

Requirements:
• Three years secretarial experience with excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
• Experience with special events planning
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent planning & organizational skills and the ability to work well under deadline pressure
• High school graduate, one year college or business school is preferred
• Ability to type 60 words per minute is preferred
