Elite Realty & Mortgage is a unique and fast growing full service Real Estate company.
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Coordinator to work in our fast paced office in San Jose, near Santana Row.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Track and manage the entire escrow process.
• Create and Edit contracts.
• Finalize transactions in connection with the insuring of title.
• Respond to questions regarding closing documents.
• Track and respond to requests for additional information.
• Order inspections.
• Work with Title and Lending companies.
• Additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year of escrow experience.
• Good MS Word and Excel experience.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
• Understand listing and selling contracts.
• Ability to read and understand Disclosures.
• Team player.
• Flexible.
• Ability to perform assignments guided by general escrow procedures.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is required
• Salary is negotiable.
