Hi there, I am looking for a place to live in Marin. Luckily I can find someone who is interested in exchanging services for rent. I can babysit, petsit, housesit, errands, Spanish tutor, driver or companion. I do have a full time job at one of the schools in San Rafael. I am willing to exchange 10 to 15 hours of my services in exchange of my own room with a bathroom, and preferably separate entrance.
