PLEASE READ THIS AD CAREFULLY BEFORE RESPONDING. To avoid wasting each other's time and energy, I have described about 99% of what I do here in this ad. I also respectfully ask you to provide certain information in your email to me (detailed below- please take note of what I ask of you before emailing me).
My name is Mitch and I have almost 15 years experience. I love animals and would love to care for your loved ones! These are just a few of the extras/basics I include in my services:
* Mail and newspaper pickup
* Plant and garden watering
* Fresh groceries on return (negotiated before departure)
* Medicine/supplements given to pets as instructed/requested
* Security for your home and peace of mind for you
Please note that I can do visits in *rare* circumstances and CANNOT board animals in my home. My overnight rates are very reasonable and your pet-s would not be left alone for very long periods of time, especially at night. NOTE, I have a full time (Monday through Friday) job in SF (live here too) and do house/pet sitting on the side. Note, in the end, you do get what you pay for... exceptional service.

1.) EXACT dates of travel (VERY important) * I do understand if you don't have this information; but some information is better than nothing at all!*
2.) Neighborhood or cross streets (IMPORTANT for me as there are areas that are not MUNI-accessible and I use MUNI for work)
3.) Kind and Number of pet(s) Age(s) of pets
4.) Do you need 'stay-over' or 'daily visits' (generally, I cannot do this- depends on information above!)? (This information is also where #1 and #2 are needed!)
References are available and my clients are always happy to provide them! Some have even said they are reluctant to give a reference for me at all for fear of losing a great sitter! But, note, I will NOT give you my references until I have met you or *at the very least* spoken with you on the phone. I must honor and respect my clients' privacy.
