You will receive PAID training in every aspect of Business Management from Sales and Marketing, to Loss Control and Human Resources.
Your ability to make split second decisions and keep the customer completely satisfied will get you everywhere.
Those that are successful can expect multiple promotions within their first year as promotions and compensations are based solely on performance, not seniority.
Sales, marketing, customer service and/or leadership backgrounds are a must.

* Base salary during the training (appox. 6-12 months) $34,200 plus potential bonuses.
* Full benefits includes medical (choice of EPO or PPO), dental, 401k, profit sharing, Paid Time Off (PTO) beginning with the first full month of employment.
