I am a CAL graduate in Mechanical engineering, I also have an extensive background in art and design.
My shop can offer all sorts of services including MIG welding of steel/stainless/aluminum, TIG welding of the same.
I have a complete (up to 18Ga. 36" wide) sheetmetal shop, and can offer all sorts of sheetmetal creations from custom counters, hammered copper creations, with a varitey of metal finishes and patinas.
I am also in the process of setting up a CNC mill and a CNC lathe and will soon be able to offer all sorts of custom parts. I have full CAD CAM FEA background and have the capability to offer highly engineered solutions if need be.
I am a craftsman and I take great care in getting the job done right. I am familiar with all sorts of materials, metals, wood, concrete, composites...
Currently I am keeping busy designing and building custom gates, rails,planters, awnings, stiarcases, art, and furniture. I'm interested in green building and coming up with beautiful, and functional custom solutions for unique needs or spaces. I'm interested in it all, and I have the facilities and the experience to create aestetically pleasing solutions. Rates are very reasonable and vary depending on the services rendered for the job. General fabrication rates are $60/hr.
