Description I am a seasoned Private Chef looking for the right situation. I have many years of experience working in upscale private homes and in catering and event management. I am dependable, flexible and very hard working. I am also experienced with other household management responsibilities.

I have been involved in the food and hospitality industry since 1983. I have worked as a Private Chef in East Hampton, New York, Vail and Colorado Springs, Colorado. I have worked on a 120-foot private yacht as Executive Chef. I have managed my own catering company, and worked with many other companies in New York, San Francisco, Minneapolis and Vail. I began my career in food working at a gourmet food store, which also included a cafe/restaurant and catering division in New York City. I am also a trained Massage Therapist and have incorporated this with some of my past Private Chef clients.

All meals are prepared with gentle hands and use the least amount of fat and preserved foods as possible. Seasonal, organic vegetables and fruits are selected for meals, and food is presented in an abundant and beautiful manner. All meals can be adapted to meet dietary preferences and family favorites. I am meticulous in the kitchen, and feel comfortable working individually, as well as part of a team. I always go the extra mile, and take pride in preparing the most creative, beautiful and delicious meals possible.
